HOW TO FOLLOW ?

When you are following GIF diet plan it is advised to be followed for 5 to 6 (5 minimum) days in a week and we suggest you take a day off from your weight loss schedule and have food which you like and having cravings by day 7 but just be careful to not go “overboard” since as much as we believe a cheat meal/cheat day is mandatory in your diet plan to keep you on track for a longer time, but overeating can get you off from your progress and will make your journey a little more longer. (always try to limit your cheat meal to lunch or breakfast and follow a healthy meal other times).

For many of us the main concern when it comes to dieting is that we need to deviate a lot from our regular meal plan Or Indian food habits.
