Pineapple – 1 Cup (175 gram)
Banana 1 Medium
3 Tablespoon coconut Milk (3 tablespoon thick coconut milk without adding water if made at home)
1 Tablespoon grated coconut
1/2 cup water / Ice
- Put the sliced Pineapple , banana , 3 tablespoon coconut milk into the blender and blend .
- Add 1/2 cup water or ice cubes (add more water if needed as per consistency preferred ) to the mixer and blend it nicely.
- Pour the smoothie into a Mug and add a pinch of cinnamon and one table spoon grated coconut.
