Egg 1
Mushroom 50 Gram
Spinach 50 Gram
1/2 Tomato , 1/2 Onion , 1 Green Chili ,
Oil/Ghee (1/2 tea spoon ghee / oil just to grease the pan) , salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper powder.
Directions
- Beat the Egg nicely.
- Add chopped mushrooms , spinach , tomato , onion and green chili to the egg and mix it nicely.
- Add salt as needed.
- Add Pepper powder to the mixture. (Add little chili powder if needed)
- Heat the pan and grease with less oil. Cook the omelette flipping both the sides.
Notes
- Add pinch of garam masala and chili powder while beating eggs if you would like to have a masala taste in your omelette.
