Ingredients

  • Egg 1

  • Mushroom 50 Gram

  • Spinach 50 Gram

  • 1/2 Tomato , 1/2 Onion , 1 Green Chili ,

  • Oil/Ghee (1/2 tea spoon ghee / oil just to grease the pan) , salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper powder.

Directions

  • Beat the Egg nicely.
  • Add chopped mushrooms , spinach , tomato , onion and green chili to the egg and mix it nicely.
  • Add salt as needed.
  • Add Pepper powder to the mixture. (Add little chili powder if needed)
  • Heat the pan and grease with less oil. Cook the omelette flipping both the sides.

Notes

  • Add pinch of garam masala and chili powder while beating eggs if you would like to have a masala taste in your omelette.
