Ingredients

  • Potato 1 Medium size

  • 1/2 Tea spoon Chili powder

  • Chat Masala

  • 1/2 Onion Chopped

Directions

  • Take a medium sized potato and wash it properly.
  • Boil the potato in water until it is properly cooked (boil around 8 to 10 minutes)
  • Once the potato is boiled put it in cold water(or running water ) and peel the skin off.
  • Now using a fork mash the potato nicely and add little salt , chili powder , pinch of chat masala and 1/2 onion chopped to it.
