Ingredients

  • Green Beans (120 gram/120 grams)

  • 1 Medium size carrot

  • 2 Eggs

  • Pepper powder ,Salt

  • Ghee

Directions

  • Cut one medium size carrot into sticks
  • Cut the ends of beans
  • Fry the beans and carrot in one tea spoon ghee adding a little bit salt and pepper powder until it becomes slightly crispy.(saute up to 5 to 6 minutes)
  • Take out the beans and carrot sticks and make sunny side egg (2 eggs) in the same pan adding a bit of salt and pepper powder.
  • Have it hot with 2 spoon Greek yogurt(optional)
