Green Beans (120 gram/120 grams)
1 Medium size carrot
2 Eggs
Pepper powder ,Salt
Ghee
Directions
- Cut one medium size carrot into sticks
- Cut the ends of beans
- Fry the beans and carrot in one tea spoon ghee adding a little bit salt and pepper powder until it becomes slightly crispy.(saute up to 5 to 6 minutes)
- Take out the beans and carrot sticks and make sunny side egg (2 eggs) in the same pan adding a bit of salt and pepper powder.
- Have it hot with 2 spoon Greek yogurt(optional)
