MENU
- One glass warm water with juice of one medium to big size lemon. Two Dates.
- One spoon apple cider vinegar in one glass water 30 minutes before having breakfast.
BREAKFAST

- One cup green tea. 5 Almonds (dry). (One spoon apple cider vinegar in one glass water 30 minutes before having Lunch).
LUNCH

- 1 Cup Green Tea. 1/2 cup puffed rice and 2 tablespoon roasted Chana mixed with one spoon chopped onion and tomato.(add a little lemon to enhance taste)
- Have One spoon apple cider vinegar in one glass water 30 minutes before having Dinner.
The total calorie in diet plan 6, is limited to 1200 to 1300, while following the meal plan please stick to the mentioned food and quantities religiously. Along with diet, kindly follow weight loss tips for better results.
