         1 Tablespoon ACV in one glass water.

BREAKFAST

Overnightoatmeal

Over night Oats and banana mix

100 Gram Pineapple cubed (One orange if pineapple is not available) as mid morning snack and 1 glass lemon juice 30 minutes before lunch.

LUNCH

Ragi Roti

2 Ragi roti , Sauteed Bhindi , Sauteed Palak (Spinach) and Onions , 2 Tablespoon Yogurt 

Have one cup green tea along with 50 gram boiled white chana (Kabuli chana) sauteed in 1 teaspoon oil ,  1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 onion (chopped).

DINNER

Idli

3 to 4 Idli , Tomato and Onion chutney , One whole cucumber as salad

The total calorie in a plan is limited to 1200 to 1300 ,while following the meal plan please stick to the mentioned food and quantities religiously.
