  • Have one cup green tea along with 50 gram boiled white chana (Kabuli chana) sauteed in 1 teaspoon oil ,  1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1/2 onion (chopped).



3 to 4 Idli, Tomato and Onion chutney

One whole cucumber as salad
