  • One table spoon Apple cider Vinegar (ACV) in one glass water (try to use a straw while having ACV since in long run ACV can cause damage to enamel of teeth)

Black Masoor Dal (1 cup Dal after cooking) 

  • One cup green tea and 5 Almonds (dry).

DINNER

Cauliflower paratha is a low calorie dinner/breakfast food that is low in carb and low fat which makes it an excellent food for weight loss.

Cauliflower paratha /Pancake, 

Green chutney / Yogurt, One whole cucumber salad

The total calorie in diet plan 4, is limited to 1200 to 1300, while following the meal plan please stick to the mentioned food and quantities religiously. Along with diet, kindly follow weight loss tips for better results.
