One table spoon Apple cider Vinegar (ACV) in one glass water (try to use a straw while having ACV since in long run ACV can cause damage to enamel of teeth)
BREAKFAST

Oats and Fruits Smoothie
One cup green tea and an apple
LUNCH

One cup green tea and 5 Almonds (dry).
DINNER

Cauliflower paratha /Pancake , Green chutney / Yogurt , One whole cucumber salad
The total calorie in a plan is limited to 1200 to 1300 ,while following the meal plan please stick to the mentioned food and quantities religiously.
