Ingredients

  • Tur Dal 75 Gram

  • 1/2 inch Ginger , Garlic cloves (3 to 5) , Curry leaves , 1 Green chili

  • 1/4 Lemon , Garam masala , turmeric powder

  • Coriander leaves , 1/2 Onion

  • Salt , Baking Soda

Directions

  • Soak the Dal overnight
  • Morning grind the Dal along with cloves ,ginger ,curry leaves , 1/4 lemon juice , green chili and salt
  • Add chopped onion and coriander leaves to the paste and add water to bring the paste to pancake consistency.
  • Add a pinch of baking powder mix well. Cook the pancakes with very less oil to grease the pan.

Notes

  • Have this tasty Lentil pancake with tomato chutney or green chutney and a cup of hot green tea.
