Tur Dal 75 Gram
1/2 inch Ginger , Garlic cloves (3 to 5) , Curry leaves , 1 Green chili
1/4 Lemon , Garam masala , turmeric powder
Coriander leaves , 1/2 Onion
Salt , Baking Soda
Directions
- Soak the Dal overnight
- Morning grind the Dal along with cloves ,ginger ,curry leaves , 1/4 lemon juice , green chili and salt
- Add chopped onion and coriander leaves to the paste and add water to bring the paste to pancake consistency.
- Add a pinch of baking powder mix well. Cook the pancakes with very less oil to grease the pan.

- Have this tasty Lentil pancake with tomato chutney or green chutney and a cup of hot green tea.
